Dr. Aidan Kennedy is a sports physical therapist who is passionate about helping athletes not just recover, but return stronger than before. Aidan earned his b.S. In exercise science and kinesiology from James Madison University, and completed his doctorate of physical therapy at old dominion university.
Growing up playing football and basketball, Aidan experienced the challenges of injury after tearing his acl during his junior year of high school. That experience inspired his commitment to not only guide athletes through rehab, but to elevate their performance beyond pre-injury levels. He believes physical therapy should go beyond recovery and focus on building resilience, confidence, and long-term athletic success.
With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, Aidan integrates the latest research into individualized treatment plans. He takes a holistic approach, emphasizing the role of nutrition, recovery, and mental health in each athlete’s journey. His goal is to deliver comprehensive, performance-driven care that empowers athletes to reach their highest potential.
