FAQs

Got questions about our services, how we work, or what to expect? Here are the answers we hear most.

What types of patients do you work with?

We work with middle school, high school, and college athletes, active adults who lift or run, and golfers across all ages. If you're dealing with pain, a recurring injury, or a performance plateau and you want a sport-informed plan, you're the right fit.

Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network and cash-based. We accept HSA and FSA payments and can provide a superbill so you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many athletes find this model actually gives them better access and more consistent one-on-one time.

How long will it take to get back to my sport?

That depends on what you're dealing with and your specific goals. Rather than giving a number, we build a plan based on your sport, your exam findings, and what you want to get back to. Many athletes notice meaningful progress as they follow their plan and we'll be clear with you about where things stand at every step.

What is the difference between Sports PT and Performance Training?

Sports Physical Therapy is the right starting point if pain, injury, or a recent setback is limiting you. Performance Training is for athletes and active adults who are past the acute phase and want to build strength, sport-specific capacity, and resilience. In some cases, both happen together and we'll help you figure out what fits your situation best.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Telehealth is available for patients who are unable to come in or prefer a remote session for programming, education, or check-ins. Ask about telehealth options when you book your phone consult.
